Failed to Attend/ Late Cancellation Policy

If you miss an appointment or cancel without giving us 48 hours notice, the practice reserves the right to charge you £1 per minute of the appointment time.

You will still have to pay this charge if you are normally exempt from dental charges.

You may be removed from the practice’s registration list if you miss or cancel more than 2 visits without giving us prior notification
